Hi! I’m Arielle Green, LCSW
You remember a time when feeling truly at ease wasn’t a struggle. When you didn’t have to fight against anxiety, exhaustion, or the weight of constant pressure. But now, those days feel distant. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Arielle Green, LCSW and I help professionals just like you — those who have it within them to feel calm, confident, and present again, but just need the right support to get there.
With over a decade of experience as a hospital social worker, I’ve worked closely within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to tackle complex cases. Now, as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice, I bring that same collaborative, thoughtful approach to help you explore and resolve the deeper emotional roots of your anxiety and stress.
I help my clients find clarity, emotional balance, and lasting peace by equipping them with the tools they need to understand their anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and feel grounded in their personal and professional lives.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and stress can feel generic, short-term, and disconnected, leaving you to feel stuck in the same patterns or wondering if you’re making real progress. I know your experiences and challenges are unique, so every step we take together will be personalized to your needs, with a long-term goal of deep understanding and lasting change.
First, we’ll explore the underlying causes of your anxiety and stress, diving into how your past experiences and current patterns are affecting your well-being. Then, we’ll focus on building lasting coping strategies and tools that allow you to feel more balanced and connected in your everyday life. Through our work together, you’ll develop the confidence, resilience, and clarity to move forward with ease and peace.
My style
I am dedicated to helping people find calm, clarity, and confidence in their lives.
With over a decade of experience working in hospital settings and years of experience as a psychotherapist in private practice, along with my Psychoanalytic training, I have the expertise you need and deserve when it comes to managing anxiety and the pressures of everyday life. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a young adult struggling with anxiety, pressure, and emotional exhaustion, right?
I get it because I’ve worked closely with individuals who balance demanding careers with the weight of their personal lives, and I know how challenging it can be to juggle it all. I understand that sometimes it feels like you’re constantly pushing yourself, only to end up feeling drained and unsure of how to break free. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and is here to help you find the relief, clarity, and peace you deserve.
“It is joy to be hidden but disaster not to be found.”
