Individual Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals Struggling with Anxiety and Relationships in New York & Florida

Helping anxious professionals quiet the stress, achieve real balance, and feel like themselves again — in work, life, and relationships.

You want to feel grounded and at ease — but instead you're overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in a cycle of pressure and self-doubt.

Maybe anxiety is keeping you up at night, your relationships feel strained, or you’re constantly overwhelmed but can’t slow down — especially in a demanding career where you're expected to have it all together. Maybe you’re stuck repeating the same patterns that no longer serve you with family, friendships and romantic partners.

It doesn’t have to be this way.
I help high-achieving professionals like you quiet the inner chaos, set boundaries that stick, and rebuild meaningful connections — so you can feel calm, clear, and in balance again

Young, professional woman in business, therapist

Hi, I’m Arielle.

Choosing the right therapist is a personal choice.

I provide therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety and self-doubt, including those in the medical field, by using a relational, insight-oriented approach that helps you understand yourself on a deeper level. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling more grounded in who they are, more connected in their relationships, and more at ease in their everyday lives.

Areas of Expertise:

  • Anxiety can make everyday life feel harder than it should be. We’ll work together to better understand what’s behind your symptoms to create a path forward so you can feel more in control, calmer, and more connected to the things that matter most to you.

  • Are you looking to improve your connections with others? Do you want to develop healthier communication skills and emotional awareness? Are you looking to build a stronger relationship with yourself? Individual therapy can help foster insight, self awareness, compassion and personal growth that can positively impact all your relationships.

  • No matter your specialty or discipline, the emotional weight of caring for others can take a significant toll on your mental health, often leading to burnout, caregiver fatigue and stress. When you’re used to putting the needs of others ahead of your own, it’s hard to find balance. You deserve the same care and attention you give to others. I aim to create space to talk through the unique pressures of your work, identify & build healthy coping strategies so you can take care of yourself while continuing to do the incredible work you do.

  • Whether you’re recovering from an injury, adjusting to life after retirement, or navigating a shift in your role on the team, the changes can be tough. I specialize in working with athletes—current and former—who are facing these challenges. Together, we’ll process the loss of that team identity, cope with the frustration of injury or transition, and help you rediscover new goals and purpose. It’s about finding your strength again, both as an individual and as part of a team, even if that team looks different now.

Support that helps you find balance and peace

Let’s talk — no pressure, just a chance to see if it feels like a fit.

We’ll meet weekly to untangle the anxiety and help you feel more like you again. Feel lighter, clearer, and more connected.
